In order to be interviewed, you must submit the following items no later than 30 working days before an interview date: Birth Certificate, High School Transcripts or GED, completed Application(s), proof of Algebra, and your NJATC Aptitude Test results. (If you have applied within the last five years, any information you submitted is still on file, but a new application must be completed.)

To be accepted in one of the areas indicated below, you must be interviewed in that area. Please complete and submit this online request for an official application for apprenticeship.
